Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is 25m², featuring a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.10m).

A spacious 33m² room featuring a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) that can be split into two twin beds (0.90m x 2.00m). The room also includes bunk beds, separated by a wall/closet and a sliding door, creating an independent sleeping area. The 1-meter-wide bunk beds are suitable for both children and adults if needed.

A 15m² detached villa room featuring a queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m). Situated 8 meters from the main house, this room is never rented separately, ensuring extra privacy—ideal for a couple, teenagers seeking their own space, nanny, or cook.

The exterior of the villa covers 1500 m² and offers many facilities, including:
A dedicated storage area for all beach essentials and water sports equipment, including balls, SUP (paddle boards), canoes, kayaks, snorkeling gear, inflatable mattresses, floaties, and more, all complimentary for our guests to enjoy.
Three gates—located at the east, center, and west of the estate—offer direct access to the beach.
Beyond the east gate, a long, beautiful, and uncrowded sandy beach stretches along the coastline. Step onto a pristine shoreline with crystal-clear waters, ideal for leisurely swims and serene moments. This sandy expanse extends for a total of 370 meters.
Right in front of the villa, a sandy beach also awaits, though as you step into the water, you’ll encounter some relatively flat rocks.
A little further west, another sandy beach provides yet another inviting spot to enjoy the sea.
